Terms of Service
Effective date: October 27, 2026 · Last updated: November 2, 2026
1. Agreement; who may use the Service
By starting a free trial, subscribing, signing in or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is a business tool for licensed mortgage loan originators and the companies they work for. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use it for an employer, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that purpose.
United States only. The Service is offered only to persons and businesses in the United States, for use with U.S. mortgage and home-equity loans. We do not offer it outside the United States.
Notices to loan officers. You must comply with the laws of your own state and with your lender’s and employer’s rules when you use the Service and when you create, send or publish anything with it. The Service does not know which state you are in or which rules apply to you, and it does not make any graphic compliant with any law.
2. The Service
Loan-Pitch Pro is software. You enter debts and loan details, and it calculates estimates and generates branded graphics (images, PDF and a zip) that you can download or print. It is a calculator and graphics generator. It is not a lender, mortgage broker, loan originator or bank; it does not make, arrange, offer, underwrite or approve loans; and it does not give legal, tax, accounting, compliance, credit or financial advice. We have no relationship with your clients or the people who receive graphics you make. We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
3. Mortgage advertising and your compliance responsibilities
This section is the most important one for a mortgage professional. Please read it.
- A calculator and graphics generator, not advice. The Service is a calculator and graphics generator. It does not give legal, tax, accounting, compliance, credit, lending or financial advice, and nothing it produces should be treated as such.
- Illustrations only. Everything the Service produces is an illustration or estimate based on what you typed in. It is not a Loan Estimate, Closing Disclosure, offer, loan approval, pre-approval, rate lock, rate quote, commitment to lend or a guarantee of savings, payment, APR or terms. Default rates in the tool are national averages you can edit; they are not current market rates.
- You are the advertiser and the responsible party. You, and the licensed originator or company you work for, are solely responsible for the accuracy of everything you enter and for every graphic you create, download, print, copy, text, email, post or otherwise share. We do not review, approve, monitor or keep copies of your graphics and we are not the publisher of them.
- Required disclosures and rules. You are solely responsible for including every disclosure, license and identifier that applies to you and for following every rule that applies, including (as applicable) your NMLS ID and your company’s NMLS ID, state license numbers and notices, the Equal Housing Opportunity logo and statement, Regulation Z / Truth in Lending advertising rules (for example 12 CFR 1026.24 for closed-end credit and 12 CFR 1026.16 for home-equity plans, including the “triggering term” and APR disclosure rules), RESPA / Regulation X, the Mortgage Acts and Practices Advertising Rule (Regulation N), ECOA / Regulation B and the Fair Housing Act, UDAAP and state unfair and deceptive practices laws, state mortgage advertising rules, rules on comparisons and savings claims, telemarketing, text-message and email marketing laws (for example TCPA and CAN-SPAM), privacy and data-security laws that cover your clients’ information (for example GLBA and state laws), and the policies of your employer, lender, investor and brokerage.
- Get compliance approval first. Before you send or publish any graphic to a consumer, you are responsible for getting approval from your employer’s or company’s compliance department, where required, or from your own qualified counsel. The default wording and layouts in the Service are a neutral starting point only. They are not approved by any regulator or by us, and they may be wrong for your state, company, loan program or situation. You can and should edit the disclaimers in Settings.
- Calculations and APR. Calculations (including any estimated APR, payment, payoff time and savings figures) are simplified estimates and depend on the information and assumptions you give. They may differ from the lender’s actual figures. Nothing in the Service is a Regulation Z APR disclosure or a representation that a graphic meets any legal requirement.
- Your clients’ information. Client data you type in or paste is processed in your browser (see the Privacy Policy), but you remain responsible for protecting it on your devices and in any file, screenshot or graphic you create, and for having the right to use credit-report information for this purpose. If you use “Save client file”, the files are stored only in your browser’s local storage on your device (not on our servers); you decide what to save and you are responsible for saving and keeping client information only as your company’s data-retention policy and the law allow, for securing the device and any backup file you export, and for deleting it when you must.
- Editable and removable disclosures. The Service lets you edit the wording of, or hide, the loan and APR disclosure lines and the “as of” line that appear in the footer of the graphics (Settings → Disclaimers), as well as the other disclaimer text. These disclosures may be required by law or by your company’s compliance rules. Before you hide or change them, the app asks you to confirm that you understand this, and stores that confirmation, with its date, in your settings. If you remove or change any disclosure you accept sole responsibility for compliance and for getting your compliance team’s approval. We do not review, approve or monitor your graphics or your settings, and the default wording is a neutral starting point only.
- Acknowledgement in the app. Before your first download, copy or print in a browser session, the app asks you to confirm that you understand the points above. The acknowledgement is stored only in your browser session. It does not shift responsibility to us or waive any of these terms.
4. Subscription, free trial and automatic renewal
4.1 Price
Founding price. If you sign up by 11:59 p.m. Pacific time on November 30, 2026 (the “founding period”), your price is $24.99 per month after the 7-day free trial, for life. “Signing up” means completing checkout and starting your free trial. “For life” means for as long as your subscription stays active: we will not raise the price of an active founding subscription (see 4.6). The founding price ends if your subscription ends for any reason, for example if you cancel (it ends at the end of your billing period) or a payment fails and is not fixed; if you sign up again later you pay the price shown at that time. Regular price. If you sign up after the founding period, the price is $39.99 per month after the 7-day free trial. The price shown next to the agreement box at checkout is the price you pay. See 4.5 for promo codes.
4.2 Free trial
New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to start it. You are not charged during the trial. The trial starts when you finish Checkout and ends 7 days later at the same time of day. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is automatically charged the subscription price when the trial ends, and then every month on the same date until you cancel. We may limit free trials to one per person or business and may decline a trial we reasonably believe is being abused.
4.3 Automatic renewal and billing
Your subscription is a monthly plan. It renews automatically at the end of each monthly billing period, for another month, and your card is charged the then-current price (plus any applicable taxes) until you cancel. The length of each renewal period is one month. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number. If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend your access until the payment succeeds. By ticking the agreement box and starting the trial you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on this schedule until you cancel. When you start the trial we record the date and time you agreed, the version of these terms, and the price you were shown (in our payment provider’s records for your subscription); we do not record your IP address for this purpose. You can update your card at any time using Manage subscription in the app.
4.4 How to cancel (online, any time)
- Go to loanpitchpro.com/app and sign in (if you are on a new device, enter your email to receive a one-time sign-in link).
- Open the gear menu at the top right of the app, choose Manage subscription, then click Cancel subscription. You may be shown a one-time offer to stay at a lower price; you can decline it by choosing No thanks, continue to cancel.
- Confirm on the Stripe cancellation page. Stripe then shows a confirmation screen that states when your access ends.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (or the end of the trial, if you cancel during the trial, in which case you are not charged). You keep access until then. We do not charge a cancellation fee. If you cannot cancel online for any reason, email support@loanpitchpro.com from the address you signed up with and we will cancel for you. Cancelling does not by itself refund past payments (see 4.7). When you cancel (or set your subscription to cancel at the end of the period), we email a cancellation confirmation with the date your access ends and how to resubscribe. About 3 days before a free trial ends we email a reminder with the amount and date of the first charge and how to cancel. Stripe sends receipts and payment notices.
4.5 Promotions and promo codes
From time to time we may offer a promo code. Unless the offer says otherwise: (a) codes apply to new subscribers at checkout only, not to existing subscriptions and not retroactively; (b) only one discount can apply to a subscription — codes are not stackable, and a valid code applies to the founding or regular price you sign up at (see 4.1); (c) an offer has no cash value and is not transferable; and (d) we can change, limit or end any promotion or code at any time without notice, and the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. The founding price in 4.1 is not a promotion that we can end for an active founding subscription. A discount we have already applied to your active subscription will continue as described when you subscribed unless we give you advance notice of a change under 4.6. We may cancel a discount obtained through misuse or error.
4.6 Price changes and other changes
We may change the price or other material terms of your subscription, including ending a promotional price, except that we will not raise the founding price of an active founding subscription (see 4.1). We will notify you by email to the address on your account, and tell you how to cancel, at least 7 and no more than 30 days before a price increase takes effect (or before a material change in other terms takes effect). If you do not cancel, the new price applies starting with your next renewal after the effective date. If you do not agree, cancel as in 4.4 before the change takes effect. We will also send an annual reminder of the service, the amount and frequency of charges, and how to cancel.
4.7 Refunds and money-back guarantee
Refunds: Try it free for 7 days. Then, if you're not happy within 30 days of your first payment, email us and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. Send refund requests to support@loanpitchpro.com from the email address you signed up with. We refund to the original payment method through Stripe; your bank may take several business days to show it. When we refund under this guarantee we also cancel the subscription so you are not charged again. Outside this guarantee, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, and we do not give partial-month refunds when you cancel.
4.8 Taxes
Prices do not include applicable sales or use taxes, which may be added where required.
4.9 Your state’s rights
The terms above describe how we handle automatic renewal and cancellation for everyone in the United States, and we have built them to meet the stricter requirements we know of: a clear disclosure before you start, your separate agreement (the checkbox), a reminder before a free trial turns into a paid plan, a confirmation when you cancel, and cancelling online the same way you signed up. Some states give additional rights (for example about renewal notices, cancellation methods, price-change notices and refunds). Where your state’s law gives you a right that these terms do not, that right applies to you and these terms do not limit it.
4.10 AI summaries and the Unlimited AI summaries add-on
Your subscription includes up to 3 AI summaries per day (Pacific time) per account. The standard summary is always available and does not count. The optional Unlimited AI summaries add-on costs $5.00/month (plus any applicable taxes). It is added to your existing subscription, is billed on the same date as your subscription, and renews automatically every month with it until you turn it off. If you add it while paying, you are charged now for the rest of your current billing month (prorated). If you add it during a free trial, nothing is charged until your first payment, and then it is charged with your subscription. A card on file is required. You can turn the add-on off online at any time in the app (the AI summary box, “Turn off unlimited”), or by emailing support. Unused time is credited to your next bill. Cancelling your subscription also ends the add-on. Subscriptions that are free for life by promo code include unlimited AI summaries at no charge. AI summaries are drafts written from numbers only. Review and edit every draft before you send it (see section 3). We may limit unusual or automated use.
5. Accounts and sign-in
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address and with a cookie on your browser. Keep your email account secure: anyone who can open the link can use your subscription. You are responsible for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information. One subscription is for one person’s use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service to create advertising or communications that are false, misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful, or that omit required disclosures; misrepresent your licensing, identity or affiliation, or use another person’s NMLS ID, license or logo without permission; share, resell or sublicense your access; attempt to bypass or test the subscription or security, scrape, reverse engineer or copy the software except as the law permits; upload malware or interfere with the Service; use it in violation of any law or of your employer’s policies; or use it to process information you do not have the right to use.
7. Your content; license to you; our intellectual property
Your content. You keep ownership of what you enter and create (your logo, settings, text, debt information and graphics) (“Your Content”). Most of Your Content, including any client files you save, stays in your browser and is not sent to us (see the Privacy Policy). If you turn on cloud auto-save, the encrypted scenario numbers described in section 3A of the Privacy Policy are stored with us for you; we act only on your behalf to store and return them, we cannot read them, and we will not use, sell or disclose them for any other purpose. You are responsible for having the rights to use it, including any logo, name or brand you upload. We need no license to Your Content that stays in your browser. To the extent you send us anything (for example a support email), you give us permission to use it to respond and to operate and improve the Service.
License to you. While you have an active subscription, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Service for your own professional mortgage business, subject to these terms.
Our property. The software, layouts, default text, and the Loan-Pitch Pro name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may share graphics you generate with your own clients, with your own branding. We reserve all rights not expressly granted. If you give us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
7A. Cloud auto-save and your recovery code
Updated Nov 2, 2026.
Optional. Cloud auto-save is off unless you turn it on. When it is on, your client files are encrypted on your device and the encrypted copy is stored with us so you can open it on your other devices.
Your recovery code; lost keys. When you turn it on, the app shows a recovery code once. You must keep it safe. We never receive the code or your encryption key. If you lose your recovery code and no longer have any device where cloud auto-save is set up, your cloud data cannot be decrypted by you, by us or by anyone, and it is permanently unrecoverable. We are not responsible for that loss. Copies kept in a browser on your device are not affected.
Your responsibilities. You confirm that you are permitted, by law, by your employer or sponsoring company and by your borrowers’ consents, to store the client information you save, and that you will follow your company’s vendor, data-security and retention policies. Do not save information you are not allowed to keep. Client names and notes are never uploaded; do not type identifying information (such as account or Social Security numbers) into number fields.
Deletion. Deleted client files can be restored for 30 days. All cloud auto-save data is permanently deleted 90 days after your subscription ends. You can delete all of it at any time in Settings.
Security incidents. If we learn of unauthorized access to systems that store your cloud data, we will notify you without undue delay so you can meet any obligations you have.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties: Stripe (payments and billing), Netlify (hosting) and Resend (sign-in and welcome emails). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for outages or acts of third parties, but we will try to tell you if something affects your billing.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE OR ITS GRAPHICS, CALCULATIONS OR DEFAULT WORDING ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR COMPLIANT WITH ANY LAW, REGULATION OR COMPANY POLICY. The screenshot reader (OCR) may misread numbers; you must check every figure. We make no promise that using the Service will result in any loan, closing, sale, savings or business result.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, LOAN-PITCH PRO AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST COMMISSIONS, LOST BUSINESS OR LOST DATA, OR FOR ANY FINES, PENALTIES, LICENSE ACTIONS, OR CLAIMS BY REGULATORS, EMPLOYERS OR CLIENTS ARISING FROM GRAPHICS OR COMMUNICATIONS YOU CREATE OR SEND, OR FROM DECISIONS MADE USING THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND (B). Some places do not allow some of these limits, so they apply only to the extent allowed. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any refund we owe under section 4.7.
11. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Loan-Pitch Pro and its owners, officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability, penalty, fine, cost or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Your Content and any graphic, advertisement or communication you create, distribute or publish using the Service, including any claim that it is false, misleading, discriminatory, omits a required disclosure or violates an advertising, licensing, lending, privacy or marketing law; (b) your breach of these terms or of any law; (c) your use of client or credit-report information; and (d) any dispute between you and your employer, lender, client or a regulator. We will tell you promptly of a claim and cooperate at your expense, and you may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault for us without our consent.
12. Termination
You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time (section 4.4). We may suspend or end your access immediately, with a refund of any prepaid, unused period where required by law, if you breach these terms, misuse the Service, fail to pay, or if we must do so by law or to protect the Service, or if we discontinue the Service (in which case we will refund any prepaid, unused amount). Sections that by their nature should survive (including 3, 7 to 11 and 13 to 15) survive termination. Because your working data, settings and saved client files are stored in your browser, use Settings → Backup, Save scenario and the Client files export to keep copies; we cannot recover them for you.
13. Governing law; venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the place you live that cannot be waived. Subject to section 14, the state and federal courts located in the State of California have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we consent to them.
14. Dispute resolution
Before filing a claim, please email us at support@loanpitchpro.com with a description of the problem and what you want; we will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version with a new “last updated” date, and for a material change we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to you (and for a price change, as in section 4.6). If you keep using the Service after the effective date, you accept the changes; if you do not agree, cancel before then.
16. Electronic communications
You agree that we may send you notices about your account, billing, changes and the Service by email and by posting on the Service, and that these satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. Keep your email address current.
17. General
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If a part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them with a sale or reorganization of the business. Neither party is liable for delays outside its reasonable control. You may not use the Service where prohibited by U.S. export or sanctions laws. The Service is intended for use in the United States.
18. Contact; California notice
