What stays in your browser

Debt tables, client names, balances, loan inputs and the graphics you create are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded to our servers. Your Settings (company logo, name, NMLS numbers, license lines, disclaimers, default rates) are stored in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data removes them; use Settings → Backup to export a copy.

What we do collect

• Account and billing: your email address and subscription status, held by our payment processor, Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Sign-in: a secure cookie that says you are signed in, and, if you ask for a sign-in link, your email address is used to send it.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard request logs such as IP address and time.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the Service (Stripe for payments, Netlify for hosting, [email provider] for sign-in emails). We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

You can cancel and update billing details in the app. To request deletion of your account data, contact [support email address].
