The service

Loan-Pitch Pro is software that helps licensed mortgage professionals prepare illustrative debt-consolidation graphics. It is not a lender or broker, does not make or arrange loans, and does not provide legal, tax, compliance or financial advice.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you enter, for the rates and terms you present, and for making sure any material you create or send complies with all applicable laws, licensing rules (including NMLS and state requirements), and the policies of your employer or company. Have your compliance department approve your wording and templates. The default wording in the Service is a neutral starting point only.

Subscription and billing

The plan is $4.99 per month after a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged and the subscription renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel or update your card at any time using "Manage subscription" in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Acceptable use
